DevOps Engineer

Responsibility:

• Responsible for designing and developing comprehensive and effective technical solutions to meet business requirements.
• Design and manage cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructure
• Standardize environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Prod)
• Manage HA, DR, backup, and capacity planning
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment
• Automate deployment, rollback, and environment provisioning to reduce manual processes and improve speed and reliability.
• Enable safe and consistent deployments for development teams
• Manage container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes, serving as the primary administrator for Kubernetes clusters.
• Ensure cluster performance and stability
• Design and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Provide dashboards for IT teams and management
• Manage security configurations—including secrets, certificates, and access control—while promoting DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with security and architecture teams for governance compliance
• Support audits and regulatory compliance
• Recommend cost optimization without impacting performance
• Implement cost allocation or chargeback models
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, SA, Architecture, and vendors
• Assisting developers in troubleshooting complex bugs in our Go, JavaScript stacks and Java
• Build and maintain our internal developer platform by deploying and managing core tools
• Optimize system performance, including JVM tuning, Database query optimization (PostgreSQL/Mongodb/MSSQL), and Frontend load speed
• Read and troubleshoot code across the stack, including Backend (Golang, Java) and Frontend (React, Vue.js), to identify if an issue is infrastructure-related or logic-related

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, cloud, container, networking, and security
• Automation-driven and reliability-focused mindset
