What they need
At Sincratek, we believe reliable technology starts with people, systems, and support working in sync.
We provide technology support and operations services designed to keep businesses running smoothly around the clock. Our teams work across service desk operations, technical support, system and alert monitoring, incident and request management, application support, user administration, and access management, delivering dependable support at every step.
If you are passionate about technology, problem-solving, delivering excellent support, and working in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to contribute to our global Technology Operations organization. Your role is instrumental in providing agile, secure, and automated delivery pipelines and platform resilience for cloud-native workloads running on AWS and Azure. You will lead end-to-end CI/CD infrastructure design, container orchestration, observability integration, and system reliability across development, staging, and production environments.
As part of a collaborative and fast-paced team, you’ll work closely with Site Reliability, Application, Network, and Security Engineering teams to align infrastructure delivery with evolving business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and document CI/CD infrastructure, supporting canary deployments, blue/green strategies, and infrastructure-as-code best practices
Automate and manage Kubernetes (AKS) workloads using Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps patterns (ArgoCD)
Set up and support centralized logging and monitoring pipelines (Graylog, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, App Insights, Robusta)
Establish and implement delivery and runtime standards such as config and secrets management, and cluster backup/recovery (e.g., Velero)
Support cloud-native component integrations like RabbitMQ, Redis Clusters, and MinIO
Work on performance/load testing with tools like JMeter and Taurus, and improve infrastructure for high-volume applications
Act as an escalation point for complex CI/CD or infrastructure delivery problems in production
Help maintain internal DevOps standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering in cloud-native environments
Extensive experience with CI/CD orchestration through GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Bitrise, and/or Azure DevOps
Familiarity with managing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), container lifecycles, and Helm-based deployments
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, etc.) and GitOps pipelines
Strong background in observability and telemetry (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Graylog, AppInsights)
Ability to work on high-volume B2B or hybrid cloud environments while maintaining critical infrastructure
PREFERRED SKILLS
Hands-on experience with GitOps workflows and tools such as ArgoCD for Kubernetes deployment automation
Expertise in advanced CI/CD techniques like multi-environment workflows, pipeline templating, and deployment gating
Knowledge of infrastructure provisioning frameworks
Ability to design auto-scaling strategies and optimize resource allocation for Kubernetes workloads
Experience handling intricate release strategies (blue/green, canary, feature flags) in production environments
Knowledge of artifact management, container image versioning, and secure delivery practices
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation package.
- Professional growth and development opportunities.
- Exposure to international teams and technology environments.
- Collaborative and supportive company culture.
- Opportunity to work within a growing technology operations organization.
- Hands-on experience with modern systems, tools, and operational processes.
