Devops Engineer

Role overview

Were seeking a DevOps Engineer with 24 years of experience to help build, automate, and maintain reliable cloud infrastructure and software delivery pipelines. Youll work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment speed, system availability, and security.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, and deployment.

Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Use Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Manage containers and orchestration platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes.

Monitor application and infrastructure performance; investigate and resolve incidents.

Automate routine operational tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Support Linux-based systems, networking, access controls, and security practices.

Improve system reliability, scalability, backup, and disaster-recovery processes.

Document infrastructure, deployment procedures, and operational standards.

Collaborate with developers to improve application delivery and production readiness.Role & responsibilities

2–4 years of experience in DevOps, cloud, systems administration, or a related role.

Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform or Ansible.

Familiarity with Linux, Git, networking fundamentals, and monitoring tools.

Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch.

Familiarity with secrets management and cloud security best practices.

Relevant certifications, such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications.
