DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer | Remote-Friendly

Qorali is looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help build, maintain, and improve the cloud infrastructure and delivery platforms that power our customers’ software solutions.

You’ll work closely with software engineers and technical stakeholders to create secure, reliable, scalable, and automated infrastructure . You’ll play a key role in improving our development and deployment processes, strengthening our security posture, and enabling engineering teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently.

We’re also evolving toward an AI-first development model , and you’ll have the opportunity to explore how AI can improve infrastructure management, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and engineering workflows.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment environments
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes
• Support containerised and modular application architectures
• Implement infrastructure automation, monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Work closely with engineers to improve application performance, reliability, and scalability
• Apply security-first practices across infrastructure and deployment workflows
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production issues
• Contribute to engineering standards, tooling, and DevOps best practices
• Stay current with emerging cloud, infrastructure, automation, and AI technologies

What we’re looking for

• Experience working in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or similar role
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices
• Experience with GCP and/or AWS
• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD
• Understanding of cloud-based data platforms
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• An interest in AI-assisted engineering and automation tools
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement

Compensation

• $100-140k base
