Job Overview

WeIntern Private Limited is looking for motivated and enthusiastic DevOps Engineers who are interested in cloud computing, automation, software deployment, and infrastructure management. The selected candidate will work with development and operations teams to improve deployment processes, automate workflows, and maintain reliable software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with tools such as Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Learn and implement Docker containers and containerization practices.
• Assist with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Manage Linux servers and perform basic system administration.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Bash, Python, or shell scripting.
• Monitor application performance, logs, and system availability.
• Assist in infrastructure automation using Terraform or Ansible.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and collaborate with development teams.
• Follow security best practices and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Linux and operating systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, IP, HTTP, and HTTPS.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts.
• Understanding of Docker and containerization.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Bash or Python.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Educational Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• BCA, MCA, B.Sc., or M.Sc. candidates with relevant technical skills may also apply.
• Freshers with practical projects, certifications, or hands-on training are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Projects

• CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Dockerizing a web application
• Deploying an application on AWS or Azure
• Kubernetes deployment and service configuration
• Infrastructure automation using Terraform
• Linux server monitoring and automation scripts
