DevOps Engineer

Where you’ll make a difference

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) to create consistent, scalable environments.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and release teams to improve delivery workflows.
• Monitor pipeline performance, deployments, and environment stability; investigate and resolve issues.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting to support system availability and performance.
• Improve delivery speed, consistency, and quality through automation and tooling.
• Integrate security, access-control, and compliance requirements into pipelines and environments.
• Document processes, configurations, and standards to support team consistency and knowledge sharing.

Skills for success

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer, Build Engineer, Platform Engineer, or in a similar software engineering role.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline automation.
• Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and configuration-management tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern development environments.
• Familiarity with source-control systems and branching strategies.
• Experience troubleshooting across development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Knowledge of scripting, automation, deployment practices, and system monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to operational quality.
