Devops Engineer

• Hands-on experience with Linux and AWS Services
• Proficiency in infrastructure configuration management, deployment, and versioning tools (experience with Ansible and Terraform is a plus)
• Ability to deploy and configure infrastructure for virtual machines (VMWare), as well as pack applications into containers and deploy them (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with Nginx, Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Terraform
• Experience in networking, firewall rules, and server management
• Knowledge of deployment strategies: blue-green, A-B deployment, canary
• Understanding of continuous integration and delivery
• Awareness of enterprise security
• Familiarity with GCP or any cloud service provider
• Intrinsic interest and some experience with development and scripting languages like Python and Java
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

What You Will Be Doing:

• Building and maintaining cloud infrastructure environments
• Creating solution prototypes and conducting proof of concept for new tools
• Designing repeatable, automated, and scalable processes to increase efficiency and improve software quality, such as managing Infrastructure as Code and working on internal tooling that simplifies workflows
• Monitoring and maintaining both cloud and on-premises environments
• Planning and executing reliable, repeatable production rollouts
• Ensuring high availability
• Collaborating with multiple teams to gather requirements and build solutions collaboratively
• Performing ongoing maintenance and upgrades on key components of the platform
• Assessing and adopting new technologies and tools to improve efficiency
