Devops Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps / GitLab Engineer L2 with 3-5 years of experience to support and maintain enterprise DevOps environments. In this role, you will focus on managing Git platforms, automated integration flows, and core hosting infrastructure. The ideal candidate has deep expertise troubleshooting complex CI/CD pipelines, administering runner clusters, and resolving production support tickets independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Management: Efficiently configure, manage, and troubleshoot GitLab and GitLab CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration stability.
• Runner Administration: Set up, maintain, and optimize GitLab Runners across multiple testing and deployment environments.
• Operational Support: Support application compilation, deployment runs, and regular release management processes.
• Infrastructure Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve deep CI/CD errors, Linux OS bottlenecks, system networking issues, and environment script failures.
• Process Automation: Write, test, and document custom automation modules to eliminate repetitive tasks using Shell or Python scripting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface directly with software development and core infrastructure teams to continually optimize overall release engineering processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of dedicated professional experience in a DevOps, CI/CD, or Infrastructure Support role.
• Extensive hands-on operational experience architecting files and flows within GitLab CI/CD structures.
• Solid background working in Linux systems environments, handling base configurations, user privileges, and core networking tools.
• Practical familiarity with container systems (Docker), container orchestration layers (Kubernetes), and basic cloud services.
• Proven capability dealing with live production support environments and high-pressure incident troubleshooting.
