As our infrastructure and platform services expand, we are building operational coverage and infrastructure redundancy across global time zones. We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer based in our Malang office to join our Technology organization, working closely with your DevOps and Engineering colleagues in Europe.

About The Position As a DevOps in 24Slides you will be part of a dynamic workplace, and engage with different stakeholders, across different offices, and participate in recurring tasks and ad-hoc projects across 24Slides. You will be working closely with 24Slides software engineers, our Data team and our QA team, and in collaboration optimize deployment pipelines, data pipelines and support increased levels of automation.

We take pride in being curious, so we experiment with new technologies to help elevate our customers' experience, and being interested in new advancements within the DevOps/DevEx domain is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters across our primary hosting environment(s)
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and containerization best practices to streamline resource management and ensure environment consistency.
• Monitor cloud compute utilization and cost efficiency across production and non-production environments.
• Maintain CI/CD build runners and automation pipelines
• Conduct security patch updates.
• Monitor system health, application metrics, and log pipelines
• Participate in proactive troubleshooting, incident management, and post-incident root-cause analysis (RCA)
• Conduct periodic Disaster Recovery (DR) drills to validate recovery objectives (RTO/RPO).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering role supporting production applications.
• Managing cloud infrastructure. Previous experience from DigitalOcean is a plus.
• Building, maintaining and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Infrastructure As Code (IaC)
• Knowledge of Cloudflare, reverse proxies, and Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with relational databases and Redis/Vkey caching engines.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for cross-regional team collaboration.

A plus if you

• Have experience operating under formal security compliance frameworks (SOC 2).
• Are familiar with PHP/Laravel runtime environments and Node.js / React build systems.
• Have experience with log management stacks.
