DevOps Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Monitor and optimize system availability, performance, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Collaborate with IT Application Development, Infrastructure, QA, and Cybersecurity teams to integrate automation, monitoring, and secure deployment practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure IT operations comply with internal policies, data protection requirements, and applicable insurance industry regulations.
• Maintain technical documentation covering system configurations, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or System Administration.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes , and version control systems such as Git.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix, automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins) , and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or YAML.
• Understanding of cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ), networking, system security, and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, or similar IT operations and security frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience in insurance or other regulated industries is an advantage.
