DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to keep our production systems stable and make our deployment process faster and more reliable. You’ll work across development and operations: automating releases, resolving production issues, and building tools that cut down errors and improve the experience of the people who use our systems.

What you’ll do

Deploy updates and fixes to production, and provide Level 2 technical support

Perform root cause analysis on production incidents and drive them to resolution

Write scripts and automation for deployments, configuration management and change processes

Build internal tools that reduce recurring errors and improve the customer experience

Develop software that integrates with internal back-end systems

Create and maintain procedures for troubleshooting and system maintenance

What we’re looking for

2-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab

Experience with

Ansible and Terraform

for automation and infrastructure as code

Experience with containers

(Podman or Docker)

and artifact repositories

(Nexus)

Working knowledge of

Linux, databases and SQL

Scripting ability (e.g. Bash, Python)

Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Good to have

Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift

Monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

Familiarity with Git workflows and Confluence for documentation

Experience in a production support or on-call environment
