Description

Do you enjoy untangling complex environments and keeping delivery teams moving? We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to support global implementation teams working with a legacy configuration platform.

You’ll help stabilise existing environments, resolve pipeline failures and support the migration to AWS while a next-generation solution is being built. It’s a newly established team, so you’ll have real influence on how it works and a practical, visible impact on day-to-day delivery.

What you’ll do

• Support global implementation teams by managing configuration environments, build pipelines and development tools
• Investigate and resolve pipeline failures, deployment issues and operational problems
• Maintain environments on virtual machines and RHEL-based servers, as well as containerised deployments with Docker and Kubernetes
• Support the migration of legacy environments to AWS, so customers and implementation teams keep uninterrupted access
• Work with product development teams to fix root causes, not just apply short-term patches
• Document findings, share reusable solutions and help establish support processes

What you bring

• 5+ years of professional experience, including hands-on DevOps support and troubleshooting of existing application environments
• Practical experience with Python, RHEL and RPM-based deployments
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with Oracle and PostgreSQL
• Advanced spoken and written English
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and confidence working with incomplete documentation
