We are seeking experienced engineers who can build reliable cloud environments, automate infrastructure operations, and improve the performance, security, and scalability of modern systems.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and automation solutions. You will work with engineering teams to improve system reliability, streamline software delivery, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure.

The ideal candidate combines strong cloud engineering fundamentals with practical experience in Infrastructure as Code, containerization, CI/CD, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response processes.
• Improve infrastructure security, availability, performance, and cloud cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with engineering teams to improve operational reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Practical experience with Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux administration, and scripting using Python or Bash.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, access management, security practices, and system monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar observability tools.
• Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, and cloud cost optimization.
• Relevant AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Kubernetes certifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure or cloud migration projects.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote position advertised for the German market, with consideration for candidates residing in other eligible European countries.

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in their country of residence under the applicable employment or contracting arrangement. Availability for reasonable collaboration with international teams is expected.
