You will be involved in the management and development of infrastructure for an agilely developed employee portal of the largest Czech company with more than 35,000 users. The employee portal is a complex environment where processes, information, and people come together to bring value to the whole organization. You will work with modern technologies in an extensive ecosystem with multiple data centres and operational environments.

Job description

• Management and development of CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps and work with GitHub Enterprise for projects in the automotive sector.
• Automation of builds, testing and deployment of software solutions.
• Management and operation of containerized infrastructure in Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Centralized management and monitoring of clusters via the SUSE Rancher platform.
• Management and maintenance of infrastructure in both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Collaboration with development teams to optimize pipelines and ensure smooth integration of components.
• Monitoring and optimization of system performance, ensuring high availability and security of the environment.
• Participation in defining and implementing DevOps standards and best practices across projects.

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration in Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience with cluster management using SUSE Rancher.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, release automation) and GitHub Enterprise (Git workflows, repository management).
• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Helm is an advantage).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python or PowerShell).
• Familiarity with Linux environments and server administration.
• Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles – Terraform or Ansible is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English.
