Job Summary

Pratham Software is seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to manage cloud infrastructure, automate deployment processes, improve CI/CD pipelines, and maintain reliable and secure systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in DevOps practices and the ability to guide teams in delivering efficient software releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, application deployments, and system monitoring.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and DevOps automation practices.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Implement security practices and support scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline releases.
• Guide team members and promote DevOps standards and best practices.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to deployment workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant DevOps experience.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
• Understanding of monitoring, system reliability, security, and scalability.
• Experience in deployment management and release automation.
• Good problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work the 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM shift.
• Notice period of 30 days or less.
• A genuine connection to Jaipur or Rajasthan is required.

Additional Information

This is a remote position with a fixed night shift. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and coordinating with technical teams.
