DevOps Lead Engineer (Docker & Kubernetes)

Role Description DevOps Lead Engineer (Docker & Kubernetes) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Lead Engineer with 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), platform engineering, or release engineering. The role will be responsible for deployment automation, environment management, observability, release readiness, and operational support across development, integration, and customer environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm to lead containerized platform deployments and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead containerized deployment capabilities using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Design, implement, and maintain deployment automation across development, integration, and customer environments.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for build, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Automate environment provisioning, configuration management, and release promotion processes.
• Establish and maintain observability practices, including logging, metrics, tracing, monitoring, and operational dashboards.
• Support platform upgrades, rollbacks, backup and recovery procedures, and production troubleshooting.
• Implement secure deployment practices, including secrets management, access control, and software supply chain security.
• Maintain deployment runbooks, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
• Mentor team members and promote operational autonomy and DevOps best practices.
