DevOps Platform Engineer

• We are looking for an experienced DevOps / Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience managing Linux production environments, CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, and public cloud platforms.
• The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining reliable deployment pipelines, managing containerized workloads, automating infrastructure and configurations, and supporting cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and release automation. Work with GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins to automate build, test, deployment, and release processes. Manage and troubleshoot Docker-based containerized applications. Deploy, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot workloads running on Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform. Automate server configuration, application deployment, and operational tasks using Ansible. Manage and support production infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Work extensively in Linux production environments, including troubleshooting system and application issues. Develop automation scripts using Bash and/or Python. Follow DevOps and infrastructure-as-code best practices to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, networking, container, and Kubernetes-related issues. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve deployment and operational processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of practical DevOps experience in Linux production environments. Strong experience with CI/CD. Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins. Strong Docker experience. Hands-on Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting. Strong experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Ansible or similar configuration-management tools. Production experience with at least one major public cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong scripting experience with Bash and/or Python. Good understanding of Linux systems, networking, deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting. • A recent CI/CD pipeline they personally designed or significantly improved. Real-world Kubernetes troubleshooting experience. Production-level experience with at least one public cloud platform. Practical Bash or Python scripting experience. Experience supporting Linux production environments.
