We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform) to take ownership of our Central IT and Data Warehouse (DWH) infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

• Bring and maintain order: Take ownership of our Central IT and Data Warehouse (DWH) infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, organized, and running smoothly.
• Manage the core stack: Work hands-on with Google Cloud (GCP), Kubernetes, and Terraform to provision, configure, and maintain our environments.
• Focus on the foundation: Our project and product teams are quite self-sufficient and handle their own day-to-day micro-issues. Your focus will be the overarching infrastructure, setting standards, and maintaining the central backbone.
• Keep it clean: Refactor old setups, document processes, and ensure infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices are strictly followed.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with the Stack: Solid, hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Systematic Mindset: You love order. You prefer building reliable, long-lasting systems over quick, messy hacks.
• Independence: You don't need micromanagement. You can see where the mess is and methodically clean it up.
• Value for Stability: In a fast-paced setting, you act as the grounding force. You value well-thought-out, deliberate decisions over rushed actions. You excel at maintaining a steady workflow, setting clear boundaries, and anticipating challenges to bring predictability and calm into your daily work.
