DevOps/ SRE Engineer

DevOps/ SRE Engineer | Warsaw (Hybrid)

Join a globally recognised technology-driven organisation as an DevOps/SRE Engineer , supporting the software development lifecycle across cloud-native and CI/CD environments.

This is a hands-on role combining platform support (70-80%) and engineering/automation (20-30%) , ideal for someone who enjoys solving developer challenges while improving tooling and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain CI/CD platforms, build pipelines, developer tooling and artefact management solutions.
• Provide direct technical support to software engineers, troubleshooting build, test and deployment issues.
• Develop automation, internal tools and platform improvements using modern programming languages (Python preferred, Go or similar also welcomed).
• Drive reliability, efficiency and scalability across the SDLC ecosystem.
• Participate in an on-call rota covering weekdays and occasional weekends.

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience supporting software engineering teams in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or SDLC environment.
• Hands-on experience with:
• AWS
• Kubernetes
• Docker
• Terraform
• CI/CD tooling and automation
• Software development experience in Python, Go, or another modern programming language .
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and work directly with developers and engineering teams.
• Comfortable balancing operational support responsibilities with engineering and automation work.
