What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers
• Design and implement advanced CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Work primarily with AWS, and On-Prem environments
• Architect and Design scalable, production-grade, secure, high-availability microservices architectures
• Operate within complex multi-account AWS environments
• Implement cloud security best practices across infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Work on strategic and mission-critical projects in both air-gaped and secured environments
• Explore and integrate Agents, GenAI, and AI-driven infrastructure workflows

General details:

• Work mode: Hybrid (Customer sites, office, home)
• Security clearance: Preferable in advance, or after recruitment
• Ability to work independently and with customers

Requirements:

Must Have:

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
• Strong expertise with Docker & Kubernetes/OpenShift
• AWS Solution Architect certification – mandatory
• Deep experience designing AWS architectures
• Experience working in multi-account AWS environments
• Strong cloud security background - IAM, Secrets Management, encryption, segmentation, K8s security
• Experience with GitOps methodologies
• Familiarity with Agents and GenAI domains
• Networking & system fundamentals
• Experience building production environments from scratch

Additional requirements:

• Kubernetes hardening & container security
• Service Mesh technologies such as Istio
• Kafka, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk
• Observability & SRE best practices
• AI Infrastructure & LLMOps experience
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
