DevSecOps Engineer

Benton is currently partnered with a $85B AUM Hedge Fund in Manhattan with hiring a DevSecOps Engineer. This is a permanent direct-hire position reporting to the CISO.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in cybersecurity, cloud engineering, DevOps or software engineering. An engineering background is strongly preferred
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell or Bash
• Certifications like AWS Security Specialty, GCIH or Security+ are a plus
• Day-to-day security monitoring: triaging alerts across EDR/XDR, SIEM, CNAPP, email security and Entra, tuning detections, and supporting incident response
• Hands-on AWS security: IAM, VPC and networking, KMS, S3, EC2, Lambda, and getting CloudTrail, GuardDuty and Security Hub logs into the SIEM
• Vulnerability management, access reviews, and day-to-day admin of our security tools
