DevSecOps Engineering Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineering Trainer to deliver hands-on online training based on a comprehensive DevSecOps curriculum.

The trainer will be responsible for teaching DevSecOps concepts, tools, security practices, CI/CD, containers, cloud security, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and security automation through practical, industry-oriented sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured online DevSecOps training from fundamentals to advanced concepts.
• Conduct practical, hands-on demonstrations and real-world use cases.
• Guide learners in building and securing CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrate integration of security tools into DevOps workflows.
• Provide practical exercises, assignments, and troubleshooting scenarios.
• Explain vulnerabilities, security risks, and appropriate remediation approaches.
• Train learners on cloud, container, application, and infrastructure security.
• Monitor learner progress and provide technical guidance and feedback.
• Follow the prescribed syllabus and maintain regular training updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps / DevOps / Cloud Security.
• Strong practical knowledge of the majority of the technologies listed above.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and integrating security tools.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
• Good understanding of application and cloud security.
• Experience with Azure security services is preferred.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and conduct hands-on sessions.
• Prior training, mentoring, or teaching experience is an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable delivering the complete curriculum rather than only individual modules.
