DevSecOps Intern

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Shift: Night Shift
Duration: 6 Months

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated DevSecOps Intern with a basic understanding of both DevOps and security practices to join our team. The role involves supporting secure development, deployment, and monitoring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in integrating security practices into CI/CD pipelines
• Support vulnerability assessments and basic security testing
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for secure deployments
• Help in configuring DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, etc.)
• Monitor systems for performance issues and security alerts
• Collaborate with development and security teams to resolve vulnerabilities

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals (network security, OWASP basics, vulnerabilities)
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Understanding of scripting (Python/Bash)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to security tools (e.g., vulnerability scanners, SIEM basics)
• Knowledge of secure coding practices
• Relevant certifications (optional): Security+, AWS, Azure
