Dewatering Technician

We are seeking an experienced Dewatering Technician for a role with us at our multi-year contract located at the Mt Magnet Gold Project.

This is a multiple open pit operation (2-3 active pits), with complex pumping and piping systems in operation to dewater future pits, and also store/transfer water between historical pits and other site locations.

With that in mind, the successful applicant should possess:

• 12 months or more in a multi-faceted dewatering role
• Experience working in high water table geographical areas
• Pumping and Piping fault finding and mechanical repair skills
• Able to operate Loaders, 30t trucks, and other small plant

• Current WA Drivers Licence
• Poly Welding Tickets
• Mechanical Trade Certificate (An advantage)
• High Risk Work Licence - Rigging/Dogging
• Clean National Police Clearance

Candidates must be able to pass medical and drug & alcohol testing, and have full and unrestricted Australian working rights.
