Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and fitness-minded Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting DEXA scans, VO2 max tests, and assisting clients in understanding their results. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct DEXA scans and VO2 max tests with precision and professionalism, as well as RMR tests for clients
• Guide clients through the testing process and ensure they feel comfortable and informed
• Explain test procedures and results clearly and accurately
• Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure accurate measurements
• Ensure a clean and organized testing environment
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• a license from the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) OR
• Individuals with one of: DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine), RVT (Registered Veterinary Technician), MD (Medican Doctor), DC (Doctor of Chiropractic), Certificate of Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO) will also be considered
• Passion for health and fitness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of following precise protocols
• Comfortable with technology and learning new equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in fitness, health, or a related field is an asset but not required (training will be provided)

• Chiropractor (CCO) (preferred)
• MD (Medical Doctor) (preferred)
• College of Chiropodists of Ontario (preferred)
• legally qualified medical practitioner (preferred)
• member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (preferred)
• College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists (preferred)
• College of Dental Hygienist (preferred)
