What they need
Job Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle DFM review for NPI
- Conduct technical review from a manufacturing perspective
- Identify design issues & optimize manufacturing process
- Drive mass production yield improvement and cost reduction
- Generate accurate & timely DFM reports
- Support PFMEA evaluation & updates
- Review and improve SOP and process specifications
- Cross functional collaboration with internal teams to enhance product manufacturability and manage ECN change risk
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in DFM analysis or PCB/PCBA process and manufacturing.
- Experience with SMT process development and evaluation
