What they need
- Needs to understand the automotive world and speak that language
- Should be proficient in IQ-RM (FMEA Software) and should be able to use on a daily basis
- Should be good communicator and talk to different project stakeholders in monitoring the DFMEA’s risks, actions, etc..
- Handle meetings in a weekly basis talking to different project leaders.
- Ability to convince, present and moderate items to closures
- Most importantly, should keep all documents and discussions confidential and not discuss the failure modes and other information to outside of client's people.
