该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、协助负责Scan、MBIST、ATPG等相关的设计、验证工作； 2、协助负责芯片设计过程中的Timing/Power分析、收敛； 3、协助负责ATE测试的向量生成、向量调试、向量优化等。 任职要求： 1、电子、通信、计算机、微电子等相关专业，硕士在读； 2、具有扎实的数字电路、模拟电路、半导体物理、半导体器件的理论基础； 3、具有较强的学习能力、沟通能力、良好的团队合作能力； 4、每周可实习3天以上，有相关实习经验者优先。
