3.MBIST Repair Implementation and Verification -

4.Generating collaterals for Test Timingand Place and Route -

5.Expertise in IJTAG 1687 standard and good at understanding ICL and PDL standard Spec -

6.Verification of DFT features including –

1.Boundary Scan -

2.JTAG -

3.SCAN -

4.MBIST -

5.High Speed IO –

7.ATPG –

1.DRC debug -

2.Coverage Analysis -

3.Pattern Generation for different fault models –
