DFT Senior Engineer

• Direct manager and project lead 2. Cloud data center product 3. DFT task force 4. short term: top DFT flow implement and signoff long term: DFT/test mode planning and new tech development.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• 1. Key experiences:
• • Familiar with DFT skills including DFT synthesis/insertion, pattern generation, coverage debug, failure analysis and improvement.
• • Familiar with Top/block DFT architecture and DFT/testing planning.
• • Familiar with DFT EDA tool/flow and test mode IR convergence.
• • Familiar with digital IC design and signoff flow
• • Familiar with ATE debug for MP including dppm analysis and improvement.
• • Familiar with system test, memory BIST and JTAG/IJTAG network
• 2. Other skills:
• • Well communication with internal teams and customers
• • Having experience of customer engagement is better.
