Position: DFX Design Verification Engineer
Experience: 9-12 Years

Location: Banagalore

Contract : 12 Months

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and validate DFT Scan/ATPG or DFX verification methodologies.
• Perform DFT DRC checks, coverage analysis, pattern generation, simulation, and debug.
• Work with Siemens Tessent tools for ATPG/MBIST and DFT implementation.
• Analyze and debug simulation failures and root-cause design issues.
• Develop testcases and verification environments for DFX structures.
• Work on JTAG, Boundary Scan, TDR, IEEE 1149.1 and IEEE 1687.
• Perform verification of DFX structures including scan controllers, OCC, EDT, PLL, clock/analog observe, thermal sensors, and related IPs.
• Develop and maintain TCL/scripts for automation and verification flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of assigned tasks.
