• Role & responsibilities -Job Description Apprentice(DGFT Responsibilities)
• BOM Coordination & Validation
• Coordinate with GP and Coral teams for Bill of Material (BOM).
• Validate BOM accuracy prior to application submission.
• Coordinate with Shruti for further processing after validation.
• License Management
• Approve draft applications for DGFT license opening.
• Ensure proper registration of licenses.
• Handle amendments to licenses, if required.
• Support closure of Coral licenses in coordination with Shruti (joint responsibility).
• Consumption Mapping & Declaration
• Map Coral consumption for DEEC declaration.
• Coordinate with Coral team to resolve any related queries.
• Third-Party Export (Indutch & LM)
• Map provided consumption details for Indutch and LM exports.
• Submit BRC (Bank Realization Certificate) and shipping details for smooth license closure.
• Scope of work is limited in this area.
• E-BRC & Shipping Documentation
• Ensure transmission of shipping bills for E-BRC processing.
• COO Documentation
• Submit required documents for Certificate of Origin (COO).
• Filing is handled by Expo-Impex.
• Vendor Coordination
• Release PR (Purchase Requisition) and SRN (Service Receipt Note) for Expo-Impex related to DGFT services.
• Customs Responsibilities
• Export Documentation
• Attach mapped DEEC details to export documents.
• Verify export checklists for accuracy and completeness.
• Invoice Support
• Support Samiulla in preparing frame invoices.
• Map component details as an initial step for GR waiver processing.
• Data Maintenance
• Maintain export turnover file (previously handled by Samiulla).

• Release Purchase Requisitions (PR).
