DGM- Backend and Operation

Role & responsibilities

* Excellent customer handling and public dealing

* Manage backend operations and day-to-day coordination
* Handle post-sales activities and ensure zero-defect service as per

company policies and systems
* Prepare and maintain MIS reports
* Coordinate closely with Sales & Accounts Departments
* Operate company software efficiently and adapt to new

technology/software updates
* Knowledge of legal and taxation matters will be an added advantage

Preferred candidate profile

* 45 to 60 years only

• Location: Candidates residing within 67 km of Jasola

* Finance/Banking background preferred

• Retired professionals from Banks/Banking Institutions may also

apply

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good computer knowledge
• Keen learner with the ability to adapt to new software
• Responsible, disciplined and service-oriented
• Immediate joiners preferred
