Role Synopsis:

• Own reliable, secure and scalable IT delivery for the business, including infrastructure, networks, cloud, end-user systems, ERP/applications, IT assets, vendors, helpdesk performance and technology controls. The role will convert business needs into practical technology solutions and ensure IT supports manufacturing, sales, finance, logistics and management reporting without disruption.

Required Skills & Candidates Profile:

• Ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders while remaining practical and execution-focused.
• Progressive IT experience, including leadership of enterprise IT operations in multi-location manufacturing.
• Strong ERP background, preferably SAP or a comparable ERP, with experience in implementation, upgrades, support, integration, process mapping and user adoption.
• Hands-on infrastructure depth across Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, AWS/cloud, Oracle/database basics, firewalls, switches, WAN, internet links and endpoint environments.
• Experience managing the helpdesk, IT assets, vendors, service providers, software licensing, backup, security and compliance routines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT operations across Windows servers, Active Directory, M365, AWS/cloud servers, networks, firewalls, WAN/internet links, switches, endpoints and helpdesk services.
• Own ERP and business application support, including SAP/ERP process adherence, enhancements, integrations, reporting, workflow and mobile/web application enablement.
• Implement IT governance, policies, SOPs, change control, asset management, licensing, backup, access controls and service-level routines.
• Strengthen information security through firewall governance, endpoint protection, web security, vulnerability controls, user access reviews and ISO 27001-aligned practices.
• Drive process automation and digital improvements with business teams to reduce manual work, improve controls and increase productivity.
• Manage vendors for connectivity, hardware, software, cloud, ERP/application support and infrastructure projects, including selection, negotiation and performance review.
• Support multi-country technology rollout and issue resolution across Nigeria, Ghana and Cote d'Ivoire, with clear escalation and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with the Director on IT roadmap, budget planning, project prioritization, risk management and technology decisions.
