Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Handle labour disputes and represent the company before Labour Officers and Conciliation Officers to resolve disputes through negotiation and settlement.
• Manage labour-related cases before Labour Courts and Industrial Tribunals, coordinating with external advocates and handling legal documentation.
• Handle industrial relations matters, including workers' union issues, employee grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries and termination-related cases.
• Advise HR, plant heads and senior management on labour law matters and help maintain smooth industrial relations.
• Manage legal notices, case documentation, settlement agreements and labour-related risks across plant locations.
