Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Business Operations to support the General Manager in driving overall business performance, operational excellence, and organizational growth.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing cross-functional teams, executing strategic initiatives, monitoring business performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires a strong leader who can effectively bridge the gap between senior management and departmental teams while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across Sales & Operations.
• Execute business strategies and ensure effective implementation across departments.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, business metrics, and performance reports to drive productivity and achieve organizational targets.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements, cost optimization, and efficiency initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage departmental teams to ensure high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and provide regular reports on business performance, operational progress, and key challenges.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Support the identification of new business opportunities and contribute to the execution of growth strategies.
• Act as a key decision-maker in the absence of the Manager.
• Handle critical operational situations and support crisis management and resolution when required.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution of business objectives.
• Support senior management in strategic planning, business reviews, and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, team management, business management, or leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to improve business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to business growth.
• Strong understanding of business operations, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of critical business responsibilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
