Position Title: Deputy General Manager – R&D

Location: Vadodara

Key Responsibility:

• New Product Development
• Technical support to Manufacturing, Industrialization team during industrialisation of new range of
• Support to industrialisation team for cost optimisation, yield improvement and quality deployment.
• Drive continous value engineering initiative for new product
• Product certification
• Develop local design team

Functional competencies:

• Thorough understanding on LV standards IEC 60947
• Thorough understanding of switchgear products
• Competent in product design
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality tools
• Drive value engineering, yield improvement initiatives.
• Lead and drive initiatives across cross functional teams
• Built competent technical team
