DGM / AGM Facilities Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Facilities Management operations for the project.
• Oversee MEP, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & life safety, lifts and building services.
• Manage preventive & breakdown maintenance, AMC and service contracts.
• Lead vendors, contractors and facility teams and ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor facility budgets, operational costs, energy consumption and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, fire and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Project, Security, Housekeeping and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Drive service quality, cost optimisation and operational efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 12–18 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in Real Estate.
• Strong experience in managing large-scale residential/commercial projects.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems, statutory compliance, AMC and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
