Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – BPO Pricing to lead end-to-end pricing and commercial solutioning for new business opportunities, renewals, expansions, and strategic deals. The role will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Solutioning, Transitions, and senior leadership to develop commercially viable, competitive, and profitable pricing solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BPO pricing, RFP/RFQ management, financial modelling, P&L analysis, and pricing governance, preferably within Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or other transaction-based outsourcing environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build pricing models for transaction-based, FTE-based, outcome-based, gainshare, contingency, and hybrid commercial models.
2. Evaluate pricing scenarios and recommend appropriate commercial structures based on business requirements.
3. Drive pricing standardization, benchmarking, and continuous improvement across deals.
4. Analyse client requirements, volumes, productivity assumptions, staffing requirements, SLAs, and operational parameters.
5. Coordinate with Solutioning, Operations, Finance, HR, and Sales teams to develop accurate pricing assumptions.
6. Prepare detailed pricing proposals, commercial schedules, rate cards, and financial models.
7. Ensure pricing submissions are accurate, competitive, commercially sound, and submitted within timelines.
8. Develop detailed deal-level financial models covering revenue, headcount, productivity, compensation, overheads, transition costs, technology costs, and other operating expenses.
9. Prepare deal P&L and profitability analysis, including EBITDA/margin calculations.
10. Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis for volume, productivity, staffing, attrition, wage inflation, FX, and other commercial variables.
11. Identify revenue leakage, margin risks, and opportunities for commercial improvement.
12. Support development of multi-year financial models and TCV calculations.
13. Ensure pricing proposals comply with organizational pricing policies, approval matrices, and commercial governance frameworks.
14. Present pricing and business cases to senior leadership and deal approval committees.
15. Identify commercial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
16. Review contractual commercials, discounts, rate structures, rebates, and pricing escalators.
17. Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure commercial assumptions are appropriately reflected in MSA/SOW documentation.
18. Develop pricing models for Healthcare BPO and RCM processes such as:

• Medical Coding
• Billing
• Accounts Receivable
• Denial Management
• Eligibility & Verification
• Charge Entry
• Payment Posting
• Prior Authorization
• Clinical/Administrative support

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. CMA/ ICWA or MBA/PGDM in Finance, Strategy, or related field is preferred.
3. 10–15+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in BPO/ITES pricing, commercial management, solutioning, finance, or deal management.
4. Strong experience handling complex RFP/RFQ pricing and large outsourcing deals.
5. Healthcare BPO/RCM experience is highly preferred.
