Duties

• Operate warehouse management systems and ERP software to track inventory levels, process shipments, and update stock records accurately.
• Use RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts to load, unload, and move goods safely within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing processes.
• Manage shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
• Maintain inventory management software to monitor stock levels, perform stock counts, and coordinate replenishment efforts.
• Assist with order fulfillment for e-commerce platforms by efficiently stocking shelves and preparing packages for dispatch.
• Support warehouse distribution tasks by organizing storage areas, stocking shelves, and managing inventory flow using warehouse distribution best practices.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards during all warehouse operations, including load & unload procedures and the use of safety equipment like MRPs (Material Handling Equipment).
• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve shipping issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Document all activities meticulously through data entry into warehouse systems such as AS400 or similar platforms.

Experience

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management software is essential.
• Hands-on experience with forklift operation, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other trade equipment is advantageous.
• Basic math skills are necessary for counting stock quantities and processing shipments accurately.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for reporting purposes is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.

Pay: $30.26 - $36.44 per hour
