DI Allocation Assistant Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责:

(70%) Manage Allocation by unit by SKU in DI

• N~N+3 goods to retailer&SP to keep the stock level in lean inventory meanwhile avoid OOS in channel.
• Validate and align the Offtake forecast with Sales team.
• operation team on allocation system to deliver the allocation on time.
• Monitor the age of stocks and push sales team to make clearance plan on the slow-moving stocks before turned yellow

(20%) Two-way interaction with Internal & External

• Internal:
• Weekly meeting with supply chain to check the latest allocation & supply status to ensure the allocation as planned.
• Share the N~N+3 goods status to sales teams.
• Work with Finance team landing the monthly sellin.
• External:
• Communicate with external distributors weekly sell in plan.

(10%) NPD inform & Projects support

• Communicate with supply and sales team of the NPD information to help soft switching.
• Other projects data support.

资质要求:

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations or Supply Chain
