Dialer Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily dialer operations using Ameyo Dialer for inbound and outbound voice processes.
• Perform data churning, data cleaning, filtering, validation, and segmentation for calling campaigns.
• Configure and manage call routing, routing rules, and agent allocation.
• Create and manage agent IDs, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Create and configure agent skills and skill mapping as per campaign requirements.
• Handle campaign creation, configuration, activation, and monitoring.
• Perform DIA mapping and related dialer configurations as required.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dialer and campaign performance reports.
• Monitor call volumes, connect rates, agent availability, and campaign performance.
• Troubleshoot dialer login, routing, campaign, and calling-related issues.
• Coordinate with Operations, MIS, IT, and Team Leaders for smooth process execution.
• Maintain accurate dialer records and ensure timely completion of reporting activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands-on experience with Ameyo Dialer.
• Knowledge of data churning and campaign data management.
• Call routing and routing configuration.
• Agent ID creation and user management.
• Skill creation and skill mapping.
• Campaign management and configuration.
• DIA mapping.
• Report generation and dialer performance monitoring.
• Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, filters, and data cleaning.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2-4 years of experience in dialer operations within a BPO or call-centre environment.
• Practical knowledge of Ameyo Dialer and voice-process operations.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and operational requirements.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
