Monitor dialer performance, penetration, occupancy & agent productivity
Required Candidate profile
8+ years of experience in US Collections / Contact Center Dialer Management.
Strong hands-on experience with dialer strategy and campaign management.
Good understanding of US 3rd Party Collections.
