What they need
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Supervise daily dialysis unit operations and nursing staff.
- Ensure safe dialysis treatments and quality patient care.
- Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and clinic protocols.
- Coordinate with nephrologists, physicians, and Management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant nursing experience in dialysis or a diagnostic clinic.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
