Role: Dialysis Clinical Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver in-center and home dialysis care.
• Oversee clinical operations, staffing, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safe, patient-centered treatments and optimal health outcomes for individuals with chronic kidney disease.
• Mentor and develop clinical staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Manage personalized care plans and collaborate with physicians and support teams.
• Monitor key performance and quality indicators to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support survey readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
