Dialysis Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and check dialysis machines and equipment before treatment.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling dialysis machines and supplies.
• Perform routine cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of dialysis equipment.
• Monitor machine parameters during dialysis treatment and report abnormalities immediately.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of medical and biohazardous waste.
• Maintain adequate dialysis supplies and equipment in the treatment area.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and hospital protocols.
• Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals during dialysis procedures.
• Complete required equipment and treatment-related documentation.
• Perform other duties related to dialysis operations as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Dialysis Technician, Medical Technology, Nursing, or related healthcare program.
• With relevant dialysis training or experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hemodialysis machines, water treatment systems, and dialysis procedures is preferred.
• Willing to undergo company and hospital-based training.
• Willing to work in different hospital or dialysis clinic assignments.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
