- Verify patient details, treatment prescription, and dialysis parameters.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and condition before, during, and after dialysis.
- Perform/assist with vascular access procedures as per competency and hospital protocol.
- Maintain dialysis machines, equipment, and treatment area.
- Follow strict infection-control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Maintain dialysis records, machine logs, and treatment documentation.
- Identify and promptly report complications or changes in patient condition to the clinical team.
