What they need
Provides comprehensive renal care, operating hemodialysis machines, preparing dialysate, cannulation, maintaining strict infection control, managing equipment (RO plant) & documenting treatment, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care
Required Candidate profile
Typically a Diploma or Certificate in Dialysis Technology.
Previous experience in a hospital setting, preferably accredited (NABH).
Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or similar certification.
