Duties

• Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly before each treatment session.
• Monitor patients during dialysis, observing vital signs and responding to any changes in their condition.
• Administer dialysis treatments according to established protocols and medical guidelines.
• Educate patients and their families about the dialysis process, including care instructions and lifestyle adjustments.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments, observations, and any complications that arise.
• Adhere to aseptic techniques to prevent infection and ensure patient safety throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to develop individualized care plans for each patient.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in dialyzing patients using various types of dialysis machines.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to nephrology and dialysis care.
• Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, particularly as it relates to kidney function and disease.
• Experience with aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
• Familiarity with physiology knowledge relevant to patient care in a dialysis setting.
