Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Diamond Grader to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for quality and a willingness to learn diamond grading standards. Freshers with an interest in the diamond and jewellery industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Grade and evaluate natural diamonds based on quality parameters.
• Inspect diamonds for cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
• Sort and classify diamonds according to company standards.
• Ensure accuracy while grading and recording diamond details.
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory records.
• Follow quality control procedures and company guidelines.
• Handle diamonds with care and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams whenever required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in diamond grading are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Good observation and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
